What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the United States.

Physical Products

Since all of our physical products are made to order, we include fulfillment times in our estimated delivery time. Order fulfillment typically takes 3-7 business days to complete. Once your purchased item(s) have been made, they are shipped to you with tracking information sent via email.

Estimated delivery time for items shipped to the United States is 5-14 business days.

Digital Downloads

Our digital downloads are delivered to your email inbox after your payment has been processed. If you do not receive your purchased download within two hours of payment, please reach out to contact@thegabrielli.com so we can make sure you get your file(s).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ORDERS

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

Once your order is placed, we immediately send the details to our manufacturing partners so they can make your item(s) during standard business hours.

Order fulfillment typically takes 3-7 business days. After an item is fulfilled, it will be shipped out during standard business hours. Order tracking information will be sent to you via email with an estimated delivery time.

In short, no. Once your order has been submitted, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment partners for manufacturing and delivery. To ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible, no changes can be made at this point.

We cannot make any changes or cancel your order, including (but not limited to):

  • Canceling your entire order
  • Canceling individual items from your order
  • Changing the size of any items
  • Changing the color or design
  • Adding items to your order
  • Changing your shipping address
  • Changing your billing address
  • Changing your payment method
  • Changing your shipping method

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with order tracking information as soon as your item(s) have been shipped. Please wait 24 to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
